Katapola

– Maltezi:

The most famous beach of Katapola. With fine sand and crystal clear water. Accessible either with small boats that depart from the pier of Katapola or on foot after a half hour hike. There is a small beach bar with umbrellas and sunbeds for rent.

– Plakes: The nudist beach of Katapola  accessible with small boats that depart from the pier of Katapola. Deep waters and rocks.

– Agios Panteleimonas:

A rocky beach right under the chuch of Agios Panteleimon. You can get there either by a 25 minute hiking or take the small boats to Maltezi and then a five minute hike.

– Kato Akrotiri:

A sandy beach right at the edge of Katapola village.

Chora-Kato Meria

– Agia Anna:

The most famous beach of Amorgos thanks to Luc Besson who shot many scenes of his movie “The Big Blue” in its turquoise water. It is located just 5 minutes from Chora.

– Mourou:

A beautiful beach with pebles and amazing crystal clear waters. It’s a 5 minute drive from Vroutsi village and there is a small cafe and restaurant waiting for you there with a spectacular view to the endless blue that lies ahead.

– Kalotaritissa:

A small harbor in the southest part of Amorgos, with fine sand and a small beach bar which rents umbrellas and sunbeds.

– Gramvoussa:

A sandy beach on the small island of Gramvoussa. Accessible with small boats that depart from Kalotaritissa.

Aigiali

– Agios Pavlos:

A small sandy beach located 5 minutes from Aigiali by car.

– Nikouria:

3 beaches with sand located on the small island of Nikouria. You can go there with small boats that depart from Agios Pavlos

– Ormos Beach:

A sandy beach at Aigiali.
